The nearest city to Marianowo is Stargard within a 15 minute drive. If you take the newly renovated road 142 you can reach Szczecin within 30 minutes and Berlin within 2 hours.
The estate is located just off the DK10 route, which as well leads to Szczecin through Stargard and connects with the A6 motorway to Berlin. From the nearby railway station in Trąbki, there are regular trains to Stargard, Szczecin, and Koszalin. Stargard can also be reached by bus, departing hourly from the bus stop in Marianowo.
The lake of Marianowo is part of the West Pomeranian Lake District. It is also a zander site, populated also with many other species of fish.
